JHD Skills sessions will all have the same topic in mind SPEED - INTENSITY - CREATIVITY 

Every Drill will always be centered around a game related skill such as but not limited to:
 

• Power moves​
  Cut backs
  Escape moves
  Edge work 
  Shooting options
  Stick skills 
  
  All while doing it at a fast pace, with intensity and speed , but always using creativity. All of our sessions are upbeat, energized and lot's of fun. Player's learn faster when they're having a blast.
